This page outlines the key policies that guide my professional practice.

These are shared for transparency and in line with my accreditation as an IPHM-registered Practitioner and Therapist.

Complaints Policy

If you ever wish to raise a concern, please contact me directly at hello@selenemansurian.com so that it can be addressed promptly and professionally.

I will always aim to resolve matters informally and with care.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), with whom I am a registered Practitioner and Therapist.

Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable once a session or package has been booked or commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion. This reflects the time reserved and the preparation that forms part of each session.

If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full.

Confidentiality & Data Policy

All sessions are conducted in confidence. Information shared within coaching or somatic sessions will not be disclosed to others without your consent, except where required by law or where there is risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Personal data is handled respectfully and securely. Basic contact and session notes are stored on password-protected devices and are never shared with third parties. Selene Mansurian acts as the data controller for all personal information, in line with the UK GDPR principles applicable to small independent practitioners.

Social Media & Communications Policy

I use social media to share reflections and resources on integrative and somatic wellbeing. These platforms are not an extension of the coaching relationship.

BOUNDARIES ONLINE

My professional presence on social media is designed to share insights and education about somatic and integrative wellbeing. It is not an extension of the coaching relationship. Clients are welcome to follow my professional accounts to engage with educational content, but I do not follow current or former clients, respond to personal posts, or engage in conversations about our work on public platforms. These boundaries protect the confidentiality and integrity of our coaching relationship.

DIRECT MESSAGING & CONTACT

Please do not use direct messages or social media comments for coaching or personal matters. For all professional or confidential communication, contact hello@selenemansurian.com. Messages received via social media are not considered part of the coaching process and may not be read promptly.

REVIEWS & TESTIMONIALS

To maintain confidentiality and professional ethics, I do not request or respond to testimonials on public platforms. Clients are encouraged to consider their privacy before posting about coaching work online. Any public commentary relating to our sessions will not be acknowledged to protect the integrity of our work together.
